Excursion Itinerary

We’ll pick you up in the morning from your place in a private 4×4 vehicle or van. Our journey will take us about 60 kilometers south of Marrakech to the village of Imlil, nestled in the High Atlas Mountains. Imlil is the starting point for various routes leading to Toubkal, the highest peak in Morocco and North Africa at 4,167 meters. Along the way, we will pass through Tahanaout, a village that hosts a traditional market on Tuesdays and Saturdays, and the dramatic Ghaghia Wadi Gorges. 

We will also visit Asni, known for its amethyst, and Ouirgane called the “Happy Valley” or the “Green Valley” due to its lush vegetation and fertile lands. Though our tour covers just under 200 kilometers, it offers a memorable excursion from Marrakech to the heart of the Atlas Mountains.
