Day 1: From Fes to Merzouga desert Via Ifrane and Middle Atlas
Our services will begin at the airport terminal in the city, where you will find our driver waiting for you in a private vehicle. If you are already in Fes, we will pick you up from your hotel. Our first stop will be Ifrane, known as the “Moroccan Switzerland” due to its mountainous setting and Alpine-style architecture. We’ll visit Cedar Forest and meet Barbary macaques there. We will stop for lunch and take pictures. Next, we will drive through the Ziz Valley, the Oasis of palm groves. Our next destination is Erfoud, a town famous for its dinosaur fossils.
Finally, we’ll arrive at Merzouga, the southernmost point of our trip. In Merzouga, we’ll switch to dromedaries to explore the Erg Chebbi dunes and see a fascinating sunset. After a two-hour ride, we’ll arrive at our luxury camp in the desert, where we’ll have Berber tea and dinner. We will end our day with music and dance around the fire, enjoying the starry desert sky for a magical night in the Sahara.

Day 2: Merzouga Desert - Khamlia - Nomads of the desert
We will wake up early in the desert to catch the beautiful sunrise. Then, we’ll ride camels to Merzouga, and our driver will take us on a tour of the Sahara region. Along the way, we’ll visit the Khamlia village to enjoy a traditional Gnawa music performance, an essential aspect of local culture. We’ll also see the Mifiss mines and Tissardmine Oasis, where we can learn about Kohl, a historical product of the area. Later, we’ll have lunch and meet some of the Berber people who live in the region to learn about their way of life. Finally, we’ll return to Merzouga and spend the night in a hotel near the erg Chebbi dunes.

Day 3: From Merzouga desert to Fes

Finally, we will spend the night in a charming riad in the Medina.

Day 4: Fes - Airport

You’ll visit significant landmarks such as the Karaouine Mosque and University, which is one of the oldest in the world, as well as the Bou Inania and Cherratine Madrasahs, the Mausoleum of Moulay Idris, the Tanners’ Quarter, and the Mellah (Jewish quarter) or the Royal Palace, featuring the impressive Golden Gates. Finally, our driver will transport you to the airport at the scheduled time in the afternoon.
